Our Background

 Jack Buchinger founded his construction business in 1969.
His sons, Derrick and Dana, have been a part of the family-owned and operated
business since its inception.

In the spring of 1982, Jack became one of the first Duro-Last contractors in the state of Michigan.

Following Jack's retirement in 1995, Derrick and Dana took over as co-owners of the company and then incorporated the business to become Buchinger Roofing, Inc.

In the beginning of 2022, Derrick retired. Dana's sons, Braden and Justin, bought Derrick's shares and are happy to be involved in the family business.

Buchinger Roofing, Inc. specializes in commercial, industrial and institutional roofing. Restaurants, strip malls, schools, churches, warehouses, hospitals, office complexes and manufacturing facilities are perfect candidates for a Duro-Last roofing system installation.
